What size bottles can I order?

Aquae generally works to metric standards although U.S. sizes can be incorporated. The bottle sizes are 350ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1.5 litre and 3 litre. Special sizes for large orders can also be fulfilled.

What is the minimum number of bottles I can order?

There is no minimum order although the price drops quickly the greater the quantity.

What type of caps can I get on the bottles?

The screw top and the sipper top are the two options; both caps are plastic with tamper-proof seals to guarantee the quality of the water.

What are the bottles made of?

All our bottles are a clear plastic (PET) which is of the highest standard, as not to effect the quality and taste of our water.

Can I get glass bottles?

Yes. Our glass manufacturer has a range of different glass sizes and shapes to suit your requirements.

Who designs the label?

We are able to design the label for you. Understanding your needs, profile and image our design team will work with your organization, to create the desired label required for the product's use.

What are the label options?

We use white gloss or clear permanent chiller paper for our labels as they are water resistant and give the required visual effect. Label colours can vary from 1 colour through to 6 colours.

What is the investment for the label?

There is a one off payment for artwork design.

What is the shelf life for the water?

18 months for still water. 9 months for sparkling water.

How long will delivery take?

Local : Your order will be ready for delivery 14 days after confirmation of the artwork for the label.
International : Depending on where you are in the world we seek to fulfill the order within 35 days of artwork confirmation. We work with a multi national logistics company that delivers quality service on a global basis.

Do you charge for delivery?

No. Delivery is free within New Zealand

Does your entire order have to be delivered?

No. We are able to store stock in our warehouse and deliver it when you require it.
